Our First Topic

Strategic Planning is topic on Organization Analysis or Organization Behavior on my prospectus,because I am an MIM student which was being discussed by Sir Randy Gamboa oppppps!!! sorry for that I mean Randy G. I was very confused WHY? he does not want to be called DOCTOR, SIR, or PhD (Puro Hangin Daw), although he got the highest level, but still he always put he's feet on the ground,"Idol Randy G" because as what I observed mostly people like to his status you cannot approach  them easily, you need to have an appointment to meet them ,but a man like him likes to be with us, and give another approaches on teaching strategies and putting learning into higher level, although he coerce us to make a blog with a maximum of 2999 words and i think its one way of his strategy to learn us to the highest level. Calling "Sir" to him is a very big sin, because as what he said that there are still plenty of intelligent people more than him. Because of the availability of the resources nowadays he thinks that plenty of intelligent people more than him. Unlike on the 19th Century teachers are more knowledgeable to their students because mostly teachers has more resources than to their students. But now in 20th century teachers and students will have an equal learning.The approach learning now is give and take relationship to teachers and students.

I was connected to the Surigao del Sur State University - Tagbina Campus as a contractual instructor. Previously I never care about the Vision, Mission, Goals, and objective of our institution. I only care is to have a plenty of units and hours to be loaded on my Load.Because because we the contractual after on the number of ours to be rendered in school, because we are paid in hours. But lately we are are invited to be interviewed by our university president and she ask me about the Vision, Mission, Goals and Objective, and I was not able to answer her question. Until I enrolled to this subject and Randy G discussed on the Strategic Planning, I really understand about the VMGO (Vision, Mission, Goals and Objective),and appreciate it now because I was being now assigned now to a certain area of for accreditation, because our campus is applying for accreditation. And plenty of things to be considered on gathering and evaluating the documents. Thanks Randy G, its very helpful.....
