Power and Empowerment

What is Power?

Mostly children when I asked about power, most of their answer is they want to have a power? Why? most of them answered that they want to help other people, bring down the bad guys and protect their friends, families away from enemies.

And i think most of us plenty of perceptions about POWER. just like watching on the anime series, mostly the anime series movies always involved power and the flow of the story focuses between masters and disciples. Where the disciples will inheret the power of thier master but to do that the disciples should take trainings, work hard to earn the power the they will inheret to their masters. Once their master observed that their disciples are capable enough, it the time to give their power to them.

Also on the reality, power is not easily gained,you need to work hard, study hard to earn such power or (authority). Mostly managers which are old enough, they trained their selected employees,push to study higher degree, attend trainigs, workshops and seminars. So that time may come they will inherent their powers to employees and empowering their employee to received their authority.

Mostly I observed nowadays here in our beloved country most politician is greed about the power " Who has the power have all the authorities to all" even though this a democratic country. Which I think plenty of people dies with this POWER which mostly I observed in our country.


Having a Power, has the big responsibility, you are responsible to organize an organization. It was during the discussion of "Organization" although it was a funny discussion but still I also learned. But as RSG commented to the reporters they were discussing organization, but the reporters was not able to apply organization on their presentation.

On a certain organization  mostly problems encountered just like in my organization were I belong is plenty are intelligent, due to that I observed during most of our meetings plenty of arguments should be raised when approving some agendas. And because of plenty arguments raised more of them may cause some misunderstanding to each members and may cause commotions.And I realized in a certain organization there should be a KILLER Team, which will help to the members of the organization in any certain situations. So that members of the certain organization can do more on its task properly.
