It was first day of our Organizational Analysis class when Randy G discussed the topic Strategic Planning said that " the only constant in world is CHANGE".
Why Change?
In a certain organization, industry, institution, and etc, change is constantly exist.
Mostly organization, industry, and ainstitution decides to change when they were not able to meet their objectives, goals in a certain range of time, that was according to colleague here in Surigao del Sur State University.
Just like in our life Change always exist, we are looking and thinking to our future , what might happen on that time and for that we are always think of " SUCCESS" in carriers and etc. Indeed most organizations, industries, and institutions always aim for the seven letters word " Success". Education is one of the major sector which help us to be prepare to the new world and ensure us success. Being an educator change is constantly we encounter, plenty of change to be made, mostly on the behavior of our student, the place and mostly on the decisions of the our heads.
Being part of this institution Surigao del Sur State University, mostly our heads gather us employees under to this organization when deciding any changes to this organization, because they prevent any conflict, although they were trying to buy in to that change but still it is from there hand that change can be implemented. Being an employee, we just do our best to be cope up for the change made by our heads.
Responsibility for Managing Change
Executives, Managers of the organization is responsible for facilitating the "Change" especially understand the situation from an objective. Help people to understand reasons, aims and capabilities to their employees. Manager's role is to communicate and impose change to his organization, even though nobody responds to it.
Change Must Involve People - Change must not be imposed upon the people
Whenever a certain organization imposes change, people (employees) is the one who can feel the difficulties of change. To solve this problem managers should conduct workshops, management training to develop learning, policies, methods and empowered them to find solutions with their own through this change.
